Theo một số nguồn tin đáng tin cậy thì Sony Xperia Z3 sẽ được ra mắt vào tháng 9 này, tuy nhiên thì ở phiên bản z3 này Sony không có nhiều đột phá so với chiếc Z2. Ngoài tính năng có thể phục hồi viết xướt như ở LG G Flex
